Early risers refuel for the day with poached eggs, grilled tomato, Cumberland sausage, hash brown, broccolini, greens, Romesco sauce and minted pea purée, or stop in later for a curry spiced prawn and fennel salad. Perhaps a mixed sautéed mushroom bowl hits the mark, with avo, gochu, nori, bean powder, fried kimchi and assorted vegetables.
