Maple Overnight Oats and Yoghurt Breaky Bowl - Recipe by Maple from Canada



Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups milk
1 cup Greek yoghurt
4 Tbs amber maple syrup
1 1/2 Tbs chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Place the old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, chia seeds and the ground cinnamon in a large bowl.

Stir together until well combined.

Divide the oats into individual jars.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Stir again before serving with desired toppings.
